PT. KPJB objective is making Tanjung Jati B Unit #3&4 as the world class power plant which operate by World Class O&M Services Company with in-depth experience and expertise from KOMIPO and PT. PJB. Our target can be reflected from:
- Available to grid system
- Minimize down time
- High efficiency power plant
- Optimize fuel consumption
- Securing Coal Stock
PT. KPJB already set up milestone to be the world class company, from the fist take over after construction period until operation period.
- Optimize Preventive Maintenance
In order to maintain the operation and running of the system, KPJB will assure optimization preventive inspection and activities of the whole plant. - Scheduled Maintenance Outage
Based on experience by KOMIPO from running many coal fired power plant above 500MW and recommendation from OEM, KPJB will implement two types of overhaul which is major overhaul and minor overhaul with cycle of 6 years. - Trouble-free operation
Maintaining area/equipment and assuring minimum human error through education and work assignment as per qualification. - Continuous improvement and learning concept
- Routine Simulation training including emergency response
- Improvement of working and operating procedure
- Implementing 3D-CBT program as Tanjung Jati B Power Plant training center
